Why Choose Family First Flex?

Established in 2019, we are dedicated to becoming the UK’s leading quality childcare provider, driven by our ethos of putting families first - children, parents, and colleagues. Starting with just four nurseries in London, we now have over 100 across the UK. We remain committed to exceptional, child-centred care and education, upholding the highest standards while nurturing our teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, staff, and visitors in our nurseries.
  • Supporting age-appropriate activities that enhance children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Working with management and staff to maintain smooth nursery operations.
  • Upholding EYFS requirements and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
  • Building strong partnerships with parents through clear communication.
  • Safeguarding children and maintaining safety standards as a key responsibility.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • We are looking for individuals who are either qualified or have relevant experience.
  • Understanding of the nursery environment is essential, regardless of prior roles.
  • A solid grasp of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe environment for children.
  • An empathetic, energetic, and motivated attitude to make a meaningful impact.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults, fluent in written and spoken English.

What You’ll Love About Us:

  • Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to design your work hours around your life.
  • Effortlessly manage your shifts and pay with our user-friendly app.
  • Choose from a variety of opportunities, whether you prefer a single nursery or multiple locations locally.
  • Enhance your skills with comprehensive training and development, including a Paediatric First Aid certification.
  • Look forward to weekly pay and the chance to shine as our Flex Colleague of the Month.
  • We provide a welcome pack and uniform, allowing you to focus on what you love.
